General
ICTlist.org is a web portal that functions as a search engine. By using ICTlist.org, users recognize and accept the conditions of use. This website allows links to be posted free of charge to previously published scientific texts. In particular, we reserve the right to delete from the database without prior notification or to refuse to publish internet addresses which violate German law and legal norms and/or which in our view have racist or violent content. Attempts to violate this regulation will incur appropriate technical and legal measures and the database entry will be deleted without further notice.
Use of the services constitutes neither a company nor a representative partnership nor a similar partnership between the user/webmaster and ICTlist.org. The user/webmaster has no legal rights to the URL: www.ICTlist.org.
Disclaimer
We explicitly declare that we have no influence on the design and content of linked web pages. We therefore distance ourselves from all content on all linked pages on our internet presence and issue a disclaimer with respect to all such content. This disclaimer applies to all links on our internet presence and to all the contents of pages accessed via unannounced banners and links.
Use of data
The user is obliged to provide correct and truthful information as requested on the forms. If the information provided is not correct and truthful, ICTlist.org is entitled to secure or delete all data. Any access data sent to the user are confidential and must not be passed to third parties. The user alone bears full responsibility for his account and the relevant access data. ICTlist.org is not liable for any abuse. Queries may be made to the database only via the scripts provided by this service. Access via external Internet pages is not permitted. We do not guarantee that this service will be permanently available. We reserve the right to cease service at any time without giving any reasons, and to alter the services. In accordance with Section 28 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), we draw attention to the fact that data required in operations will be processed and stored via EDP facilities in accordance with Section 33 of the BDSG. Personal data will of course be treated confidentially and will not be passed to third parties. We reserve the right, particularly in the case of illegal content, to pass users’ personal data to public authorities without consent and without warning.

With each entry in the database the author of the linked scientific text agrees to recognize and accept these conditions. Every author or person acting on behalf of the author undertakes to sign in with his/her correct email address and accepts that this service will inform him/her by email about his/her entry data, as well as about important changes to ICTlist.org.
